Wholesale customers

Tibet House is a wholesale supplier. Wholesale pricing and ordering are available only to approved trade customers purchasing for resale or legitimate business use.

We may request information reasonably required to verify a wholesale account and may approve, decline, suspend or close an account where appropriate.

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for activity conducted through your account.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when we confirm it or begin processing it.

Minimum-order requirements displayed on the website or communicated to you apply at the time the order is placed.

Products may be unavailable, discontinued, supplied in reduced quantities or placed on backorder. Where this occurs, we may contact you, adjust the order or provide an appropriate refund or credit.

Prices and payment

Prices, GST, freight and other charges will be shown on the invoice as applicable.

Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect an order we have already accepted unless an obvious pricing or system error has occurred.

Payment must be made according to the payment terms shown during checkout or on the invoice. We may delay dispatch until required payment has been received.

Goods remain the property of Tibet House until payment for those goods has been received in full, to the extent permitted by law.

Product information

We aim to present products accurately. However, colours, dimensions, finishes, stones, patterns and other details may vary between products or batches.

Variations may be more noticeable in handmade, natural-material or individually finished products and do not necessarily indicate a fault.

SHIPPING POLICY

Tibet House supplies wholesale customers throughout Australia and may accept selected international orders.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated or quoted based on factors including order size, weight, destination and delivery method.

Any freight amount shown during checkout is an estimate or charge for that order. Additional charges may apply for unusually large, heavy, remote or special-handling deliveries. We will contact you before applying a material additional charge.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are processed as promptly as reasonably possible after acceptance and receipt of any required payment.

Processing times may vary due to order size, stock availability, trade shows, public holidays and peak periods. Dispatch or delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

Delivery

Orders may be delivered by courier, freight carrier or postal service. Large orders may be packed into multiple cartons or sent in separate deliveries.

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details and ensure that someone can receive the order where required.

Where authority to leave is requested or provided, the customer accepts the risk of loss or theft after the carrier records the parcel as delivered, except where the law provides otherwise.

Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery or redelivery may be passed on to the customer.

Delays

Once an order has been collected by the carrier, delivery timing is generally outside our direct control. We will provide reasonable assistance with delayed or missing shipments but are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our reasonable control.

Notification within 48 hours is helpful because it allows us to raise carrier claims quickly, but this does not remove any rights you may have under applicable law.

Please retain the products, packaging and shipping label and provide photographs where reasonably requested.

International orders

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees and local regulatory requirements unless we agree otherwise in writing.

International delivery estimates may be affected by customs processing and local carriers.
